According the German marketing firm PULS, hybrid and hydrogen cars are the top choices for buyers this year. Out of more than 3,500 respondents to the survey, hybrid vehicles were favored by 42.7-percent and hydrogen cars were favored by 41.9-percent.
This is particularly significant for hydrogen cars since not one hydrogen car has been sold to an individual buyer as of yet. The fact that buyers say they prefer hydrogen cars over those powered by gasoline or diesel shows where the market is headed.
This also shows that automakers are already on the top of their games since many of the hydrogen cars being developed are also hybrid cars as well. Vehicles like the Ford Airstream, Chevy Equinox Fuel Cell, Hyundai Tucson Hybrid FCEV and Toyota FCHV are all hydrogen hybrid vehicles combining both clean and fuel-saving technologies.
Hi, Hydro Kevin,
This is the feeling I get. The market is ripe but the transition is so massive.
I’ve collected a whole bunch of hydrogen auto videos
We should trade links.
